DARWIN AND WOLF ISLANDS
Darwin and Wolf Islands (English names: Culpepper and Wenman) are two of the smallest islands in the Galapagos archipelago, with land areas of 1.1 and 1.3 square kilometres, respectively. They are uninhabited and are located to the north west of the main islands.
There aren't any visitors sites on the islands and they rarely see visitors apart from scientists. They have, however, a very diverse and abundant marine life and are therefore a popular spot for advanced diving, where you can see Galapagos sharks, whale sharks and hammerheads.
A large colony of sooty tern (Sterna fuscata) is found on Darwin Island, the only island in Galapagos where it breeds.
