Guardian science journalist, Ian Sample, came into GCT's London offices to record an interview with Dr Graham Watkins during the Executive Director of the Charles Darwin Foundation's recent visit to the UK.
Dr Watkins had been a guest speaker at the Trust's Galapagos Day lecture at the Royal Geographical Society.
During the interview, part of which can be heard as a short item on the Guardian's 45 minute weekly science podcast for 6 October, Dr Watkins outlined some of the challenges Galapagos is facing, including increasing tourism and the threats to biodiversity from invasive species.
